• Either/or but not both meaning – the
association of the two in a color breed that is the first one to realize
a World
Champion sired by Sir Cool Layne; that breed association horse’s
breeder wins the award.
1 FREE return service to Sir Cool
Layne awarded to
every outside breeder of every Sir Cool Layne get to
earn an ROM title in any event in any of the aforementioned
associations.
• 1 free return service awarded per ROM earner by SIR COOL LAYNE.
BUYER INCENTIVE:
¼ of the purchase price to be returned to the
purchaser of every World Champion Halter Horse or Performance
Horse (riding events only) in any of the aforementioned
associations sired by Sir Cool Layne (born
any year), and
purchased from us (Clint or Marian Milan) or O’Sullivan Farms (Shayla
Sullivan).

Incentive Rules
1. This incentive
is not indefinite. It is designed for the purpose of promoting SIR
COOL LAYNE and to give something back to the people who breed or
purchase winners during his life. Therefore we will allow for the earnings
from this incentive for a limited time only past the life of SIR COOL
LAYNE or the lifespan of shipped cooled semen availability. We feel
like the time frames below will allow for ample time for anyone breeding
now and in the future to have the opportunity to compete for monies
if monies have not yet been dispersed to a winner to a particular
association’s
World Champion. In other words SIR COOL LAYNE will no longer be being
promoted so the need for this promotion incentive will be dissolved.
a. Should SIR COOL
LAYNE pass away or become unable to breed before monies have been dispersed
for World Champions by him, this incentive will only pay out for the
HALTER portion up to 2 World Shows past his death or the unavailability
of cooled semen starting with the World Show the year following his
death or unavailability of cooled semen.
b. For the PERFORMANCE portion of this incentive,
we will allow a timeframe of up to 3 World Shows past his death or
unavailability of cooled semen starting with the World Show the year
following his death
or unavailability of cooled semen.
c. As per the free breedings awarded to ROM
earners - Should SIR COOL LAYNE pass away or is unable to produce
shipped cooled semen; we his owners or the stallion manager reserves
the right to apply the free breeding to one of our other stallions(if
applicable) or one of hers if you like one of ours or her stallions.
Otherwise this portion of the incentive becomes null and void upon
the demise of SIR COOL LAYNE or cooled semen becomes unavailable.
2. Frozen semen may be produced from SIR COOL LAYNE but it’s
only purpose will be for our personal use for producing babies
by him that will not be available for the incentive as we will only
use it after his demise or in the event he becomes unable to produce
semen. In other words we will not be promoting him any longer so there
will not be any further need for the incentive offerings. As well,
the frozen semen could also be used for selling breedings to other
countries abroad(countries other than Mexico and Canada). Frozen semen
will not be available for the purpose of awarding the free breedings
to ROM earners. Frozen semen if available may be used to satisfy any
rebreeds due to a mare not settling in foal and SIR COOL LAYNE or
his semen is no longer available; only those frozen re-breeds are
eligible to compete for incentive monies as long as the resulting
baby earns it’s World Champion title in the
allotted timeframe stated above in rule 1 – a.
3. The purpose of this incentive is to prove
SIR COOL LAYNE as a sire for conformation and as a sire in the many
riding disciplines of performance. Therefore a World Champion or ROM
in the following are excluded from earnings in this incentive.
• color classes in any of the
associations that this incentive pays into
• longe line
• showmanship at halter
• any class where the rider is assisted by a
person on the ground assisting with a lead line.
4.
1/4 of the purchase price to be returned to any purchaser of SIR COOL LAYNE
offspring that wins a world title, that world title must be won by the original
purchaser or their immediate family (proof of relation must be provided).
Horse cannot have been sold to another un-related party and be eligible for
the incentive money.
5. For
horses that are registered in more than one breed
association, incentive money will only be awarded
for one world champion title per horse and it will
be awarded to the first world champion title earned
by that horse. The purpose for this rule is to provide
a level playing field for everyone who breeds to SIR
COOL LAYNE to have a chance to win monies from this
incentive. It wouldn't be fair in our opinion for
one breeder to earn multiple monies and eliminating
the opportunities for other breeders to win.
